Anglican Days

Every Wednesday* at St Michael's we gather together twice for theological reflection, Bible Study, and fellowship. Anglican Mornings, a quieter gathering meets in the Parish Hall at 11am for a discussion on any number of topics that impact Christians and the Christian life. We have a cup of coffee and discuss current events that have religious implications and then we dive into the subject of the day. The topics range from biblical themes to theological concepts to contorversial issues. The discussion is always fluid and open. We finish at 12 noon where sometimes we grab a bite together.

Anglican Nights, is the more "rowdy" of the two, with a meal prepared by our parish chef, Gail Rockwell, at 6pm, the discussion typically starts around 6:30. We have a paid nursery worker who watches those 3 and younger and a paid youth worker to engage the elementary age children. Like Anglican Days, these discussions are open and fluid but are centered on a biblical, theological, and/or current events theme. We finish at around 7:20. The meal is wonderful and is only $5 per person with no family paying more than $15.

*Except every other month when ECW meets instead. Check the church calendar.
